The following Terms and Conditions shall be deemed as a contract between you, the visitor/user/customer, and VIPCars.com. These terms map the service provided, the use of the website at your end, etc.

You must go through the terms, before you make any bookings online at this website, to be aware of your role and VIPCars.com’s role in this partnership. By continuing to book a service or use of this website, you are legally bound to, as well as purposefully agree to, the given terms and conditions.

These Terms & Conditions in no way represent the Terms of Use of the partner or affiliates we may work with and you are required to refer to the Terms of the suppliers or partners as well.

Terms & Conditions given here are open to modifications and updates thus it is suggested you keep a check on the these terms, time to time. If you, the visitor/user, do not agree or accept any of the given terms please do not use the services on the website and terminate the use of the website immediately.

Booking Service & Orders

Bookings or orders must be placed at-least 24-48 hours in advanced for a proper service delivery. The supplier or partner company, we work with, holds the right to refuse any service or placed order. Unless a voucher has been delivered to you successful, we as an agent to the supplier cannot guarantee the availability of the service of specific supplier or transfer provider. Any such unavailability of service would informed to you via email with advise on alternatives that could or could have different charges.

Any confirmed booking or service would be informed on the email, as provided by you, with a confirmation voucher stating details of the booking, the supplier and the pick up, etc.

It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in the card being used for booking the service and that the details provided by you for the same are correct. We, VIPCars.com, hold the right to request for validation details of your credit card to crosscheck before providing you the booking facility or service. If the validation of your provided card fails or is inaccurate, we hold the right to reject and cancel any such bookings on behalf of our partner supplier.

The confirmation voucher received at the success of any booking made must be produced by you along with other documents as mentioned on the voucher for purpose of identification proof, to the supplier upon arrival for pickup. Your failure to present or show the booking confirmation voucher could lead to a refusal to provide service by the supplier.

Any request for a wheelchair or any medical conditions that might affect you or passenger traveling must be informed at the time of booking for the supplier to make possible arrangements to face situation arising out of any medical help. If you are carrying a wheelchair of your own, you must inform about the same at time of booking to allow the supplier to arrange suitable vehicle for such luggage.

Any details on an infant or child traveling must be provided along with requirements for a Child Seat too musAny details on an infant or child traveling must be provided in advance along with requirements for a Child Seat, for the supplier to arrange the same.

There might be instances due to surge in booking and high demand of service when a vehicle may or may not resemble the one as shown the website, thus the vehicle could be similar but not exact.

Voucher & Fight Delay/Cancellation

It is, as a customer, your responsibility to keep your booking voucher with you at all time while traveling. Failure to show the voucher upon request could lead to refusal of service from the supplier. Both supplier or VIPCars.com holds no responsibility of any such rejection of service should you fail to carry or lose your voucher.

Any delay in pickup due to flight delay or failure at airline’s end to provide the service must be informed by you to the supplier or us at least 24 hours before pickup. We or supplier could try to provide an alternative for transfer but such alternatives are not guaranteed.

Booking charges & payments

You, the user or customer, must agree to the displayed price of a vehicle. Any price visible on the website is bound to change with the demand and date. The applicable price of a transfer service is the price as displayed on VIPCars.com, at the date and time of the booking made or given order. But the price may change before the order is placed, during the browsing of the website, and must be validated once before you make the booking.

If the price is changed or surged or increased you would be informed allowing you to stop with the order process or cancel the same if already done. Any cancellation upon change in price, as informed, is open to refund.

Most of the prices are per vehicle except in case of shuttle where charges are per person.

Additional request and services modifications

Any amendments in the transfer service or special request must be informed at time of booking or before pickup time so the supplier could arrange or assist in the same. Such changes or modifications are guaranteed to be delivered but if requested in advance. Amendments must be informed at least 2 or 3 days prior to pick up via call or email to the support team. Extra charges may apply for meeting last moment amendments. Please note: When booking along with a shuttle service, there is no provision for a child seat.

Transfer service cancellations by you

All cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the pickup time and date, any cancellation after that would lead to 100% deduction of booking fee. Cancellation charges and terms are directly related to the terms of the suppliers in regards to cancellation and refunds. You must also refer to the cancellation policy of your chosen supplier or transfer provider.

Service cancellation by the supplier

If the transfer service provider or the supplier has to make changes or cancel your booking, we would inform you regarding the same and assist you with alternatives. But we take no liability in situation where the supplier cancels the booking and there are no suitable alternatives.

Our role & responsibility

We, VIPCars.com, are a booking agent that provides service through its suppliers and we are and shall not be held liable for any delayed in service, extra charges at supplier’s end or other service provisions upon pickup. We merely provide a booking portal and are responsible for data on the website regarding the service, supplier and passing your booking information to the supplier in turn informing you of confirmed or canceled service with a voucher, if the booking is confirmed.

We shall not be held responsible for any illness, accident, theft, luggage loss or damage, death, altercation or medical emergency during the transfer pick up or travel. We provide booking service and supplier information to you in good faith. Our responsibility remains to solve concerns and complaints arisen at our end with communication with us or any breakdown

Any description or information of the services as shown on the website is provided by the supplier and VIPCars.com takes no responsibility of difference or inaccuracies in the provided information. We also take no liability for changes in the booked service or vehicle at the time of pick-up.

Force Majeure

Any cancellation or nondelivery of the booked service by supplier or us due to unseen or unforeseeable circumstance including, but not limited to, traffic jam, accidents or accident related delays, unscheduled public demonstrations and marches, curfew, strike, police or military operations, unforseen road hazards, riots or terrorist activity, natural disaster, industrial strike or dispute, adverse weather conditions, fire, act of government or non government sector and many other such events that are beyond control or us or our supplier.

Transfer or service complaint

Any complaint or concern in regards to the service of VIPCars.com or the supplier concerning your booking must be lodged via email or call. Such concerns must be raised within 28 days after the pickup. Delay in complaint could lead to delay in investigation and further failure of action on our part or the supplier.

To the fullest extent permitted and allowed by law, you the user/visitor/customer agree to discharge , release and indemnify VIPCars.com and its employees, partners, sponsors or any other party acting under VIPCars.com permission/authority, from any claim, liability, damage, loss, judgment, cost, expense (including solicitors’ fees), by virtue of any publication or use of the Content you submit or the name, image, likeness, persona or other information you provide in connection with such Content. You further also agree to waive and dismiss any rights to injunctive relief you might have in connection with this License and Agreement.
