Named after the late Prime Minister who was killed during a US invasion, Maurice Bishop International Airport is in the area of St Georges in Grenada. It is a major tourist gateway to the country. It was previously called Point Salines International Airport. The airport has one runway, and decent facilities and amenities for passengers.
