My request was dealt with extremely promptly and I received feed back almost immediately. My request was dealt with and I was informed of the situation and costs. As soon as I had given the go ahead the changes were implemented and the extra deposit was requested from my bank.

I was not able to access the link to "manage" my reservation and make changes. So, I utilized "live chat". The gentlemen that helped me was good. Seemed to give me the best rate possible and was quick to respond.

Very easy airport pick up/ drop off. Very helpful, warm representative, who does not speak English but can be communicated via google translator.
Reliable Toyota that had about 5000 miles on. Since you are in such remote place, a reliable car is critical. Communication with representatives or company after you have the car is through Whatsup if you have questions. Highly recommend

Off the plane and into your car under the airport. Efficient, friendly staff. Car upgraded free of charge , much appreciated. V.economical car and easy to drive. Return to airport ,staff immediately checked the car and within minutes we were back in the departure lounge. Overall a pleasant, stress free experience. Will use VIPcars/RecordGo for all our future car hire in Spain and recommend them to our fellow travellers. Many thanks.
