Adelaide Airport Car Rental FAQs
Do I need to provide my flight number at the time of booking?
The flight number is required so that the car rental company can track your flight and can reschedule the pickup in case of a delay. It helps a lot if the supplier is located off-airport and will be sending a representative for the pickup.
Do I have to pay for parking and traffic infringement fines on my own?
Yes, all the travelers renting their cars at Adelaide Airport (ADL) will have to bear their parking fares and fines – speeding or any other traffic infringement – on their own; it is not the responsibility of the car rental company.
Do I have to return my ADL Airport rental car with a full tank?
Read the fuel policy mentioned by the car hire company and do as needed. Or, have a word with the representative at the time of pickup for more information.
Can someone else drive the rental car booked in my name?
Yes, it is possible but is allowed only for those travelers who are listed as the additional drivers on the car rental agreement. All the drivers need to be present with the main driver at the time of pickup & just like the main renter they need to present their valid driver’s license, credit card, identity proof and other qualification documents requested by the rental company.
