Bauru-Arealva Airport is the airport currently serving Bauru and should not be confused with the older Bauru Airport, which no longer runs scheduled flights. The airport was opened in 2006 and all scheduled flights for Bauru and Arealva fly into this airport. There are three airlines operating domestic flights, which are Azul Brazilian Airlines, TRIP LinhasAéreas and Gol Airlines. The airport is located around 11 miles to the north of Bauru.
