Manzanillo Airport is the key point of entry by air for travellers arriving in the city and region of Manzanillo. It is a medium sized airport, served by a range of air carriers. Large carriers such as United serve the airport and many smaller and tour-operator run airlines also arrive here seasonally, such as Air Transat and Norwest Airlines. The airport offers the usual range of services, such as a variety of restaurants and cafes, shops which remain open year round and banks for currency exchange. A tourist desk provides information on the destination and local tour operators for visitors. There’s a special VIP lounge for Business class travellers with additional amenities, too.
