The second one is “The Battle of Carnival Bands” where bands compete to be the best. The last part is the actual carnival where about 100,000 people come and dress gaily to enjoy the carnival. And it all ends with fireworks. Another attraction is the Aalborg zoo, which is where about 1200 animals reside.
