Vila Do Conde is a beautiful town situated in the northern region of Portugal, on the northern river bank of the river Ave by the coastline. Vila Do Conde is amajor industrial centre, fishing port and a tourist centre. Vila Do Conde has numerous monuments to be viewed like the Conventual Residence and the good-looking St Clare Monastery and it’s Church. Other interesting places are the tremendous Aqueduct with 999 round arches from the starting of the 18th century, the Santa Catarina Chapel, the Mother Church, Sao Bento Chapels, and the Sao Francisco and Misericordia Churches.
