The online booking process was straight forward and streamlined. I received all the paperwork and information for pick up and return of the rental car in a follow up email. The deposit at time of booking was credited in the final invoice. Great value at a very competitive price. I highly recommend VIPCars.

They were the only game in town open in the middle of the night. Everything was fine and quick . . checking in and out. Was disappointed that I paid extra for what I thought was added coverage but the guy said I didn't need it? Would had been easier to keep car clean with mats?? And the car sat so low to the ground and driving in PR you need clearance!!! But it was fine . . .thankfully!! Thank all . . .

Unfortunately I had to cancelled my booking. So I contact VIPCARS through their online portal. Where Garry (One of the Customer support executive) just helped to cancel it & assured me that I will get my refund in 2-3 working days. He was really quick & supportive.

I have been using VIP Cars for years. The prices are competitive and there are never any "surprise" add ons when I pick up my car.
As always, inquiries and requests were promptly and professionally attended to. There was a $200 price difference between when I reserved a car and now. Within 24 hours a new voucher was received and the difference will be credited to my account.
This is customer service at it's best! I highly recommend VIP Cars.
