Finally, a former industrial park has been reclaimed as a green space and family area. Monterrey is a busy hub of commerce and industry in Mexico. It’s located in north-central Mexico, part of the province of Nuevo Leon. Many important businesses, national and international, have operations out of Monterrey. This international presence, especially of USA based industries, has contributed to the heavily Americanized atmosphere of the city. Monterrey is a large and bust city.
