THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS SCHEDULED TO LEAVE ON MY TRIP , I PULLED UP MY VOUCHER AND REALIZED THAT MY PICKUP TIME WAS INCORRECT- I WENT ONLINE TO SEE IF I COULD CORRECT IT MYSELF AND ENDED UP HAVING TO ACCESS THE LIVE CHAT - I WAS CONNECTED WITH AN AGENT NAMED BELLA COLLINS. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST ME - SHE EVEN REACHED OUT AND CONTACTED THE SUPPLIER BECAUSE IT WAS PAST THE TIME THAT SHE COULD DO ANYTHING IN THE VIP SYSTEM. BELLA WAS SO POLITE AND HELPFUL AND DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO ACCOMMODATE ME IN GETTING THIS CORRECTED . IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
