Didn't actually use the hired car, as sadly we had to cancel our trip to Australia. But the cancellation process was faultless from VIP Cars - friendly, no-quibble, money refunded promptly from both VIP Cars and the Extended Insurer, with just one phone call to VIP Cars. Will certainly use again, as this level of customer service is exemplary.
