The agent, Ana Rios, on the chat responded very promptly and resolved my issue quickly. I had booked to pick up the rental car on my flight departure date in Argentina instead of the arrival date at Heathrow. My fault but it was quickly changed by Ana. When I tried to change the date myself, the system made me think that I was making a new booking rather than amending the existing booking which is why I contacted the Chat. All resolved!!
