I would like to take a moment to give some positive feedback about Mariyana Smith from VIP Car Support. Mariyana was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen, understand the situation, and make sure everything was handled properly. Her communication was clear, patient, and very reassuring, which made the whole experience so much easier. What really stood out to me was her friendly and positive attitude. She genuinely seemed to care about helping and went above and beyond to make sure I received the support I needed. It is not always easy to find someone who combines such great customer service with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness.
