A couple of weeks back, I already needed a change of pick-up time, because SATA changed the flight times. Thanks to VIPCars, this was granted. Now I had to ask again for a change of the main driver at very short notice, which was awkward. The team at VIPCars handled my request very promptly and professionally and got the supplier to agree to my request. I am so relieved and very grateful for their brilliant support!
