I have used VIP cars now on a few occasions and have always found the service to be good. Their real excellence though came to the fore during my last trip, when I encountered a major problem. The local car rental provider that i had booked with didn't have a car for me, and wasn't interested in providing a solution, we were stranded. The customer service team at VIP spent an hour on the phone to me, tried hard to persuade the local vendor to fulfill their responsibilities, when they wouldn't, they hunted me down a new vehicle from a different vendor for immediate collection. They stayed on the line throughout, called back when the call dropped, made sure I had everything I needed to get to where I needed to go, a holiday drama totally avoided by their care and attention.
