I have spoken to Carol Hope on the call and booked my rental car for a holiday. I had quite a few questions as i have one way booking and 2 different countries also with a toddler. She was very patient with all the questions and resolved each one of them. I only called for information but ended by booking the car while talking to her. She also called back later to confirm the booking of the toddler seat that was really nice of her.
