THE IDEA BEHIND US
Back when we started in 2010, our idea was to give people an easier way to book their rental car. We saw rental cars fast emerging as the smart choice for travelers, but booking one was harder than it should have been. We had felt those pain points ourselves, and so our mission became making booking easy, and even enjoyable.
After all, every rental starts with a booking, and we believed it deserved as much care as everything that came after. With that in mind, we kept it to no more than three steps, laid out every detail clearly and made a promise to listen every time someone had something to say. In all, we created a site we would love to book through ourselves.
