Staff at Dalaman Airport were amazing and were all professional and extremely courteous. The vehicles were very clean and hygienic. Delivery and Return locations at the airport was very close. Overall i would highly recommend this company.

VIPCars were really helpful with making the last minute change on our booking. I was a bit nervous that we will end up without a car because of my mistake, but the agent from VIPCars (Chris) contacted the company and made sure the details were corrected. Whew. Holiday crisis averted.

I would highly recommend this guys. A cancellation because of flight changes had an impact on my reservation. Received the refund without any problems.

The online booking process was straight forward and streamlined. I received all the paperwork and information for pick up and return of the rental car in a follow up email. The deposit at time of booking was credited in the final invoice. Great value at a very competitive price. I highly recommend VIPCars.

They were the only game in town open in the middle of the night. Everything was fine and quick . . checking in and out. Was disappointed that I paid extra for what I thought was added coverage but the guy said I didn't need it? Would had been easier to keep car clean with mats?? And the car sat so low to the ground and driving in PR you need clearance!!! But it was fine . . .thankfully!! Thank all . . .
