Dresden Train Station, also known as Neustadt Dresden, is the second largest station in Dresden, and one of the largest in all of Saxony. A lot of tourists visit Dresden because it is surrounded with beautiful buildings full of history.

One example is the KatholischeHofkirche, also known as Kathedrale Sanctissimae Trinitatis. This is a Roman Catholic Cathedral built in 1738. This cathedral is where the heart of King August the Strong was buried along with the last King of Saxony and 49 members of the Wettin Family. Though it was partly destroyed during the bombing in World War II, it was beautifully restored in the 1980s. Now, it has amazing paintings, a carefully restored organ built by Gottfried Silberman, and the Wettin Crypt.
