The town of Oberndorf is located in Baden-Württemberg on the river Neckar. The Neckar Valley is located between the Swabian Jura and the Black Forest. If you are travelling by rail, the Suttgart-Zürich-Milan train line passes this town directly. Oberndorf actually encompasses several of its surrounding villages as well, such as Aistaig, Boll, Bochingen, Beffendorf and Hochmössingen. Historically, this town was the major center of German weapon manufacturing, a position it holds to this very day. You can even view the Weapons Museum on your trip. Apart from this, Oberndorf offers several natural and cultural sites.
