Cuernavaca is the capital and largest city in the Southern Mexican state of Morelos. It is an affluent city with ideal temperate year around and because of the number of homes with swimming pools, is often called the 'Beverly Hills of Mexico.’ This 'city of eternal spring’ has been a place of escape since the Aztecs lived, and is a favourite get away from people from Mexico City even today.The mild, spring like climate makes Cuernavaca a city perfect for floriculture, and this is especially noticeable during the spring Fieria del Flores, or Festival of Flowers.
