Grangemouth is a town in the Scottish area of Falkirk. It lies in the Forth Valey, near the banks of the Firth of Forth. Originally a busy port, trade increased with the completion of the canal. There is a large oil refinery in the town, and a major source of income today is from the petrochemical industry.
