Excellent customer service for this Rental car broker who handles international rentals. I had a problem wherein Lufthansa, due to a strike, had cancelled my flights at the last minute. Even though I was finally successful in booking passage with other airlines I was slightly beyond my 24 hour cancellation, and change time, limit of 24hrs. Nathan Mehta, the VIP customer service rep., was amazing and contacted the agency in Italy. He was able to delay my reservation for the necessary 3 hours difference in my arrival time. Friendly, competent, intelligent and well spoken is how I would describe his service. Thank you Nathan and VIP Cars, I will use your company's services in the future for sure!
