Despite being dubious about booking due to the vast negative feedback my experience was excellent. Booking was easy, the price was fantastic, pick up and drop off was again excellent. Yes, it is a large deposit on the credit card but it was reinstated within 2 days of dropping the car off and not 30 days. The car wasn’t the car I chose but a reasonable replacement was provided. Don’t expect a brand new car for the money you pay. I was happy that I wasn’t badgered either about taking out extra insurance as it wasn’t even mentioned, although I had taken out my own standalone insurance before getting there. We did book in October half term so was quite quiet but might be manic in summer? It’s about a 5 min walk from the airport over the road and not with all the many other rental companies in car park east, Malta airport. I was hesitant in writing this review because I wanted to make sure that my deposit was returned first as that could’ve altered the tone of my review completely. All in all - very good, highly recommended and would use again!
