Ciudad Juarez, originally Ciudad Norde, is a city in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. It is a large city on the Rio Grande, and sits on the border, across from El Paso, Texas. These two cities, Ciudad-Juarez and El Paso, are the second largest bi-national municipality. Despite the crimes often reported in the area, it is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico.
